1. Introduction
This Final Sale Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the sale of custom prints from Pixels and Parallax LLC dba Realistec (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. Final Sale
All sales made through our website or other authorized channels are considered final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds, unless the product received is significantly different from the product ordered or if the product is defective.
3. Order Accuracy
It is your responsibility to carefully review your order before submitting it. Please ensure that the product specifications, quantity, and shipping address are correct. We cannot be held responsible for errors made in your order.
4. Product Customization
Custom prints are created to your exact specifications. Once your order is placed, we cannot make changes to the design or specifications.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support within 30 days of receipt. We may require you to provide photos of the damaged or defective product. If we determine that the product is indeed damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any damages or losses arising from your purchase of a custom print is limited to the purchase price of the product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota.
9. Changes to the Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
