When you order custom HTC Evo 3D Spatial Prints, we’ll include the following services:

  • Adjust the zero parallax setting (ZPS) for a natural 3D effect.
  • Create in-betweens from both lenses using AI machine learning.
  • Export an animated GIF, aka wigglegram, for easy online sharing.
  • Encode the depth information by generating an interlaced image.
  • Calibrate the image to our highest print resolution for best results.
  • Decode the depth by permanently mounting a lenticular lens array.
  1. Select a print size: Choose a size that best fits your needs based on our viewing distance recommendations.  Keep in mind, the HTC Evo 3D has a rear camera resolution of 2560 x 1920.  This translates to a 16:9 aspect ratio, but that ratio changes during post-production. The frames are overlapped and offset to align the depth planes, then cropped to create prints that closely match the 4×6 format. Our 5×3.5 and 7×5 prints are less precise matches due to the cropping process but still produce excellent results.
  2. Choose a substrate: Select the base material you’d like your photo printed on.
  3. Complete the form: Assign a project name to your order. This will make it easier to identify and modify your order, such as reordering or requesting enlargements, at a later time.
  4. Submit your order: Once you’re ready to checkout, proceed to the cart, review your items, and follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information.
  5. Upload the MPO file(s) via Confirmation Email Link: We’ll need a copy of your MPO photo from your device.

Eligible Returns

  • Damaged or Defective Prints: If your print arrives damaged or defective due to our error, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
  • Incorrect Orders: If we mistakenly sent you an incorrect order, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of orders, we cannot accept returns unless the print is damaged or defective due to our error.
  • Prints that have been used or altered: Once a print has been used or altered in any way, it is no longer eligible for return.
  • Prints that are outside of the return window: Returns must be initiated within [number] days of the order’s delivery date.

Return Process

  2. Provide Details: Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos or documentation.
  3. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the print.
  4. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

Refunds

  • Eligible Returns: For eligible returns, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Handling and Storage

  • Handle with care: Avoid touching the surface of the print directly, as fingerprints can leave marks.
  • Store flat: Store your Spatial Print flat to prevent warping or damage to the lenticular lens.
  • Avoid direct sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can fade the colors of the print and damage the lenticular lens.
  • Keep away from moisture: Moisture can cause the lenticular lens to become cloudy or damaged.

Cleaning

  • Dust gently: Use a soft, dry brush or a microfiber cloth to remove dust from the surface of the print. Wipe only in the direction of the lenticular lines, never across them.
  • Avoid cleaning solutions: Do not use any cleaning solutions or solvents on your Spatial Print, as they can damage the print or the lenticular lens.

Framing

  • Use archival materials: When framing your Spatial Print, use archival-quality materials to prevent damage to the print.
  • Avoid glass: Glass can create glare and reduce the visibility of the 3D depth effect. Consider using a clear acrylic sheet instead.
